Mobile responsive website development
Websites and online shops are our forte.
And for us mobile responsive sites are standard. We want your site to look its best on any internet ready device.
What does 'Mobile Responsive' mean?
Mobile responsive websites are those whose content 'reflows' for better display on mobile or tablet devices.
More and more people are using portable devices to view the web. To make the most of this growing client base is it essential that your website looks its best on all screen sizes.
Wireframing and initial design
We like to start all our website development with wireframes. This is the process of creating a sketch-like set of page layouts. By developing these wireframes we can design the flow of your website, and ensure that all your content and functionality requirements are met. They also help us to visualise how your design will reflow to be clearly displayed across various devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
After approval of the wireframes we move on to design. Typically we will mock up 2-3 pages of your site using Illustrator and refine this design through discussions with you.
Once the wireframes and design have been approved we will build your site, creating all pages and custom code as required.
We also perform extensive bug testing and check the site across all major browsers and mobile devices to ensure it displays correctly for all viewers.
After we have the inital build completed we will upload a preview of the site onto a server for you to see.
At this point we will work with you to place content and images on your site.
The final step is to make your site public by deploying it to a hosting server of your choice. We offer hosting through our reseller account or can advise you on good host options.
Every job, big or small, is done properly which means we never have to worry about tidying up any loose ends.
