Pats 4 Paws is a pet minding business that has been growing steadily. The owners felt it was time to convert their website to a content management system (Concrete5) to allow for easy updating. The existing design was refreshed in the process.
The original design was already very attractive, so modernising it only required a few styling tweaks making it come together nicely.
The move to Concrete5 was smooth. We added a changeable banner area at the top of each page so different messages to be portrayed to clients. We also create a custom testimonials block into the Concrete5 system. This way when Pats 4 Paws receives some feed back from clients they can input it using the block and the testimonials will display in the same format across the site, easy consistency.
Another interestingly feature we added relating to the youtube block. On this site, when a youtube video is embedded the system automatically detects which area of the page it is being placed on, main page or sidebar, and resizes the video accordingly. The result is an effective and easy to maintain website.
